Qualify At Home – At Your Own Pace

What’s unique with these awards is they offer three learner options:

1.  Complete the E-Learning and accept the Highfield Certificate which is CPD accredited.  This can be presented to your employer / prospective employer.

2. Complete the E-Learning and receive the Highfield certificate but then progress to take the regulated examination remotely using the Highfield Qualify at Home proctored regulated exam system and once passed receive the regulated RQF exam certificate which carrys greater credibility.

3.  Complete the E-Learning and receive the Highfield Certificate but then attend RTA Centre, Warrington and sit the regulated examination under our invigilation and once passed receive the regulated RQF certificate. (This is presently limited due to COVID-19 so option 2 above may be better).

Some awards may need some extra support by RTA (Blended Learning) i.e through Zoom/Skype before remote assessment.

Proctor At Home Exams

The Proctor at Home exam invigilation system is unique and managed by Highfield your will need a PC/Laptop running at least Windows 7 or a Mac Operating system both of which runs Chrome as your default browser and with a webcam PLUS a smart phone running Android 4.1 or higher or an iPhone 8 or higher both must have camera and video facility.

Your email address need to be personalised i.e no generic ones like office@ or info@ etc. These will be needed to manage remote invigilation and security whilst you sit the exam.

All 3 exam systems if you get stuck during the on-line learning e.g. you find a concept in food safety for example difficult you can always contact RTA for support.

For the Proctored at Home RQF exam system Highfield provides any exam preparation and sitting support on the ITC side of things. Further still for a small extra fee we can supply a reference book to support your remote learning and to keep for use after training as a reference source.
